I am a Licensed Master Social Worker who is passionate about walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate life’s challenges. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, and I specialize in helping clients struggling with anxiety, mood disturbances, and behavioral issues. My style is warm, supportive, and solution-focused, but also direct when clients need encouragement to take the next step toward change. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a safe space for honesty, growth, and collaboration.
I strive to meet each client where they are, tailoring my approach to their unique needs and goals. Whether it’s helping a child manage big emotions, supporting a teenager through life transitions, guiding couples toward healthier communication, or walking with an adult through anxiety or stress, my focus is on helping clients build resilience and discover practical tools that empower them beyond the therapy room.
I moved from Ohio to Idaho, and I’ve loved making Idaho my home! In my free time, I enjoy embracing all that Idaho has to offer — from hiking and paddleboarding in the summer to skiing in the winter. At home, I love spending time with my two dogs, curling up with a good book, or enjoying a game of cards with friends and family.
