I believe every person is an expert in their own experience and has the potential to live a life full of meaning and joy. Vulnerability and curiosity unlock our inner wisdom, and I feel honored to collaborate with you and witness your journey of self-discovery and healing.

I am essentially an integrative therapist, drawing from CBT, narrative, existential, psychodynamic, somatic, and mindfulness-based approaches to treat the whole person—body, mind, and soul. I meet you where you are and create a safe space to explore inner and outer worlds, experimenting with small changes in mindset and behavior that can affect your experience in big ways.

I work with a diverse range of clients of different ages and backgrounds, providing support to both individuals and couples. Potential clients may be navigating relationships, adjusting to major life transitions, or addressing specific mental health concerns such as anxiety or depression. I want to be the calm center where you process difficult emotions, clarify your values, and feel strong within yourself. This is your life, and I want to help you take ownership and live it as fully as possible.

My style is empathetic and gentle, but I’m not afraid to ask important questions and provide needed reflections. I’m ever-curious and want to learn about you as you learn about yourself. I want you to feel seen, safe,  and cared for in our interactions. I view myself as a collaborator and non-judgmental guide.

I believe the therapeutic relationship is a unique partnership requiring authenticity and vulnerability on both sides. I want to help you gain insight, clarify goals, and learn skills that will help you as you take steps towards healing and wholeness.

I’ve always been fascinated by the inner worlds of others and how we as humans relate to one another. The therapeutic relationship is sacred and creates a special environment for immense growth. I’ve benefited personally from the non-judgmental therapy space and being witnessed by a caring counselor, and now I feel honored to provide this service to others.
