Jamyn was born and raised in Idaho Falls, Idaho, where she graduated from Idaho Falls High School in 2020 with Summa Cum Laude honors. She continued her education in Southern Utah, earning her Associate of Science in General Studies with a psychology emphasis and graduating with high honors. After completing her associate degree, Jamyn returned home to be closer to family and obtained her CNA certification.

Driven by her passion for mental health, Jamyn completed her Bachelor of Social Work at Idaho State University in December 2024. She immediately pursued graduate studies at the University of Kentucky, earning her Master of Social Work in December 2025. Shortly thereafter, she passed her licensure exam and began practicing as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in January 2026.

Throughout her academic and professional journey, Jamyn has been deeply committed to helping individuals transform their mental health and overall well-being. She integrates her knowledge of psychology, evidence-based modalities, and human development to support clients in building more fulfilling and meaningful lives. Her clinical training includes DBT, CBT, solution-focused approaches, psychedelic-assisted modalities, and additional specialized coursework. She works with clients across the lifespan and backgrounds, with a particular emphasis on supporting adolescents.

Jamyn values the connection between physical and mental health and prioritizes her own well-being through weightlifting, outdoor activities, especially in the sunshine, and spending quality time with family and friends.
