My name is Christina! I have worked in the mental health field for 15+ years in many different capacities. For the last 10 years, I have worked as a therapist with a wide range of clients from children to end-of-life. Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my family, from playing video games to going on outdoor adventures. I enjoy art in all its forms and like to challenge myself by trying new forms of creativity. 

I believe in the power of holistic healing as part of the therapeutic process, and that how we think affects how we feel, which in turn affects how we navigate our lives. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities to create a safe space for exploring challenges, building resilience, and fostering meaningful change. As a certified TF-CBT therapist (trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy), I specialize in trauma-focused care to meet each client’s unique needs and experiences. In my work with couples, I focus on strengthening healthy communication, trust, and emotional connection. Currently, I work with teens, adults, and couples.
