Courtney is a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes that healing happens best in a space of compassion, understanding, and trust. She works with children as young as 3 years old as well as teens and adults. Her approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. She offers practical tools to help manage emotions and life’s challenges while also focusing on creating a caring relationship where clients feel comfortable being themselves.
She has experience working with ADHD, depression, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. No matter your circumstance, her goal is always to promote healing, hope, and growth.
Courtney received her bachelor’s degree in Marriage and Family Studies from Brigham Young University-Idaho and her master’s degree in Counseling from West Texas A&M University. She is passionate about creating a welcoming space where clients can work through struggles, discover their strengths, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
