Howdy! My name is Jayce. I grew up around Utah and Idaho and have extensive knowledge about the cultures around here. I’m a big fan of nature, horror movies, sports, reading, philosophy, and food.

I’ve always been fascinated by people and psychology, and that inevitably led me to the field of counseling. Overall, I have 10 years of experience working in the human services, with over 5 of those being in counseling. I have previously worked in addiction services, homeless outreach, youth rehabilitation, and acute mental health services.

My counseling background is primarily in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), but I also frequently use tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Counseling is all about you, so I try to be flexible in the way we approach each obstacle in your life.

I’m here to meet you where you are at on your mental health journey and help you find the knowledge, tools, and courage to continue progressing.
