My name is Christina and I recently relocated from Western Washington to join my sister, her kiddos, and my mom in Idaho Falls. I have worked in the mental health field for 15+ years in many different capacities. For the last 10 years, I have worked as a therapist with a wide range of clients from children to end of life. Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with family from video games to outdoor adventures. I enjoy art in about any form, and like to challenge myself with trying new forms of creativity.
I believe in the power of holistic healing as part of the therapy process, and that how we think affects how we feel which affects how we move through our life. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities to create a safe space to explore challenges, build resilience, and foster meaningful change. As a certified TF-CBT therapist, I specialize in trauma-focused care to meet each client’s unique needs and experiences. In my work with couples, I focus on strengthening healthy communication, trust, and emotional connection. Currently, I work with teens, adults, and couples.
Therapy is a journey that we embark on together to face obstacles challenging one’s wellbeing, growth, and progress. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, I help guide and support through life’s complexities, embracing both struggles and strengths to cultivate growth and transformation.
