Courtney has a deep desire to help individuals heal so that they can create healthy families and relationships. Her desire comes from seeing both positive and negative examples of familial relationships. These experiences led her to feel called to the field of mental health and counseling.
Courtney earned her Bachelor of Science in Marriage and Family Studies from BYU-Idaho and her Master of Arts in Counseling from West Texas A&M University. Courtney works with clients of all ages, including children. She uses a Cognitive Behavioral Approach but believes that every client has unique and individual needs and changes her approach based on what best fits the client’s needs. Courtney believes that healing happens at the crossroads of compassion and connection and strives to create a space where clients can take steps toward healing.
Courtney is a wife and mother of 3 children. She enjoys being with family, spending time outside, and baking.
