Elizabeth Miner, LCSW-S, PMH-C

Elizabeth is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and certified perinatal mental health specialist (PMH-C), with a primary focus on perinatal wellness and the broader scope of family dynamics.

I see myself as a guide for navigating motherhood transitions, rediscovering oneself, and striving for work-life balance.

Motherhood is tough, even on good days. I’ve experienced it firsthand and wished for better preparation during my postpartum period. Our society often lacks the community support moms need, so I aim to create that village. Whether my clients need to process a traumatic event or simply someone to listen, I’m here for both.

I assist women in life transitions, especially in motherhood, helping them reclaim their identity and feel empowered. I understand how easy it is to lose oneself in the journey of motherhood, waking up one day feeling disoriented and asking, “Who am I? How did I get here?”

In addition to working with mothers, I also support partners and families as they navigate the changes that come with new life stages. Understanding the evolving dynamics within a family can be crucial for maintaining strong, supportive relationships. I help families communicate effectively, manage stress, and adapt to their new roles and responsibilities.

You are not alone, and you deserve wellness. It does get better!
