I was born in Idaho and spent most of my life in Coastal Oregon. I received my bachelor’s from Abilene Christian University and, in May 2024, earned a master’s in clinical Mental Health from Liberty University.
I have two beautiful daughters and a son-in-law who serves in the military. I enjoy being a mom and taking care of my family.
My therapy approach is eclectic but leans toward a person-centered theory. My passion is helping people discover themselves and facilitating their personal growth as they understand their true selves.
Life can be difficult, and I want to provide a congruent and supportive environment.
